Vince Molinari is the Founder and CEO of FINTECH.TV, PBC, a global media company focused on fintech, blockchain, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing. He was previously the CEO of Templum Markets, (FINRA Registered Broker Dealer and ATS) and Co-Founder of its parent company, Templum, Inc. Where he led the regulatory advocacy that resulted in pioneering and securing the first broker dealer and ATS approvals for digital securities in the United States. Vince also established an early innovative Transfer Agent for digital assets, Templum TA Services, LLC.
He is a Digital Assets Board Member for the Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness at U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is also Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Blockchain Commission for Sustainable Development and is a Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Blockchain for Impact which he co-founded at the United Nations General Assembly in 2017. Mr. Molinari has over 3 decades of experience as a licensed person in the securities industry where he began his career at Lehman Brothers and later at Janney Montgomery Scott.
Vince is a globally recognized thought leader on the modernization of securities law and the intersection of breakthrough innovation and technology solutions. He is an active Global Speaker on Market Infrastructure, Capital Formation, Blockchain, Digital Assets, Impact Investing, and The JOBS Act. Tell us about FINTECH.TV. Who have you had recently on your show?
FINTECH.TV was the entrepreneurial mission of my cofounder, Troy McGuire and I to bring education awareness and demystify what we thought were important topics to a larger audience. Our Content focused on Blockchain cryptocurrency, digital transformation and many cases it’s intersection with sustainability and for profit initiatives to improve some of the biggest issues that we have facing humanity
We set our educate viewers on the modernization of securities law legislative and regulatory activities and advocacy we set out to ship come away with something different where they would feel they received real value in viewing our content

Why is the media transforming so quickly?
I think the media is transforming so quickly because of the number of factors. The increased capabilities of technology globally, and the reduced cost and technology has leveled the playing field. What you could do today couldn’t be done just a few short years ago when you think about the ability to create high-quality content with terrific production value and its ability to be streamed distributed out in social media and other pathways to that content reach global audience It’s an unparalleled time to be able to create produce and distribute content that appeals to a global audience.
The growth of FINTECH.TV viewership globally
TV has been able to grow rapidly on a global scale as a core content and Blockchain crypto digital assets. Fintech and sustainability seem to transcend national boundaries. So many of the subjects appeal to global audiences who want to learn, understand and be part of the next iterations of change. Dealership continues to grow as the audience feels. They are receiving something valuable by viewing the content in many cases, not receiving that from any other places.
Power of Collaboration
I believe that partnerships and collaboration, especially on a global basis is the winning formula. The ability to scale and market share rapidly especially internationally can be best achieved by lining interest with other organizations, even if they can be deemed to be competitors in certain instances
The opportunity for independent media
There seems to be a new advent of comfort and confidence in independent media It seems to be accelerating at a rapid pace As viewers are seeking authentic content, that is unbiased And the high levels of trust are creating loyal viewers
What is your belief when it comes to investments?
I certainly don’t give any investment advice on FINTECH.TV, but personally, I believe that as part of understanding risk and looking to capture alpha it’s very important to consider having part of your asset allocation in alternative investments, digital assets, and cryptocurrency. Again, these are not without risk and for a small portion of one’s portfolio, but they can achieve outsized returns
Can you share trends?
Digital transformation, web3 and artificial intelligence are certainly at the forefront of trends. I believe we are now especially post election and incoming president Trump., we are embracing innovation, technology block, train, and cryptocurrency. I believe it was see a different level of engagement with regulators and move away from regulation by enforcement
Tell us about Abu Dhabi Finance Week, (ADFW) and FINTECH day.
Abu Dhabi finance week has become the epic must attend convening by ADGM. Abu Dhabi has rapidly solidified its position as the capital of capital with massive inflows global asset managers flocking to the region This is due to very cooperative and engaging business climate clear, regulatory guidelines and embracing technological innovation
I am very honored and proud to be the MC for Fintech day for now the third year in a row it has become global who’s who are speakers and panelists. A massive opportunity to learn from some of the biggest and most recognized leaders in the world.
