His team facilitated the safe return of nearly 500,000 people to their home countries during the first global lockdown in 2020.

As a Board Director of the Virgin Travel Group, he oversaw the commercial activities of Virgin Atlantic Airways and Virgin Trains, refining his expertise in strategic development and commercial aviation.
