Your visionary leadership has driven the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that have transformed urban planning and smart city development. What are you currently working on?
In 1998, I started virtualinfocom India’s one of the first game development companies making Bharatiya games from real actors and models by taking them as characters and making them in 3D, it was way before GEN AI even existed. I have had the privilege of pioneering transformative smart city solutions by seamlessly integrating advanced technologies to create urban environments that are efficient, sustainable, and secure. Through the application of Digital Twin technology, I enable real-time simulations and predictive analytics, offering unparalleled insights into urban dynamics for effective city planning and management. By leveraging Blockchain, I ensure data integrity, transparency, and trust across critical operations such as governance, resource allocation, and citizen services. My emphasis on Data Encryption safeguards sensitive information, fortifying cybersecurity across the ecosystem.
In addressing urban mobility, our Smart Traffic solutions employ AI-powered sensors and adaptive systems to optimize flow and significantly reduce congestion. Similarly, our Smart Power initiatives focus on energy efficiency and the integration of renewable sources, paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future. To further enhance citizen engagement and planning precision, I use Virtual Reality (VR), XR, Blockchain tech, Data Security , Data Science and AI to provide immersive experiences, enabling stakeholders to visualize and interact with urban projects before their implementation. These interconnected technologies form a cohesive framework, revolutionizing the way cities are designed, managed, and evolved for the benefit of future generations. We didn’t stop with tech, we brought real estate partners to build roads, buildings, infra and corporates for multiple different levels of investment depending on the project and situation.
How proud are you of the Indian startup ecosystem?
Bharat as a startup Hub is booming with quality and growth of startups. I hold immense pride in the Indian startup ecosystem, as the National Level Jury for Startup India Award by Govt, also as mentor to many Incubators in India, Oman, Dubai, USA, UK, Korea, Africa, India which stands as a testament to the nation’s ingenuity, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit. It has evolved into a dynamic and globally competitive landscape, fostering innovation across diverse sectors and addressing challenges with groundbreaking solutions. Tell us about EntrepreneursFace and what have you enjoyed the most?
Building EntrepreneursFace happened out of passion and giving back to the community, I saw how startups don’t get proper support and knowledge, funding and making of pitch deck and BPlan, hence I started it with amazing mentors together in 2017, slowly it became sizable and started gathering traction for early stage incubation program, eventually we started our own Accelerator and corporate open innovation model. It’s called Coinnovateventures .
